"Moving is never fun and understanding the neighborhoods can add to the stress when you’re a family with younger children and two larger dogs. Not to mention, our move was 1,000 miles across the country. We knew we wanted to rent before we buy, but finding a single family home that allowed for our dogs, in the right neighborhood with the right school, would be a whole new level to the challenge ahead. From all places we came across an ad on Craigslist Greg Schreiber and Rich Grant from the Grant Homes Group posted about the program they support and manage where if a house is for sale, it may be for rent. We gave them a shot and within a couple weeks they had a home for us that checked all the boxes. They mentioned it would be the standard time-frame for buying a home but the wait was well worth it. The relationship we built seems to be a life long friendship and I recommend them if your buying, selling a home or in the same situation we found ourselves. Without them this wouldn’t have been possible."

"Greg and Rich helped me purchase my home, and I have to say they are as good as it gets. They work hard, they are knowledgeable, and most importantly - they care. I recommend them without hesitation."
